The movie "The Internship," about two midcareer men who find work at Google, gets some things right -- and some wrong -- about how such programs function, Carol Fishman Cohen writes. While it's true companies are increasingly offering job opportunities to nontraditional candidates, but the movie exaggerates the technological ignorance among older workers.
