McKinsey singles out technologies that could shake things up

McKinsey Global Institute identifies 12 technologies that hold the potential to disrupt businesses and the economy over the years leading up to 2025. Among these are advances in robotics that will bring automation to tasks once deemed too delicate and breakthroughs in energy storage that could spread the use of electric cars and improve utility grid efficiency.
