Mo. lawmakers to study Medicaid reform over summer

The Republican-controlled Missouri House and Senate each have established a panel that will study Medicaid and propose bills for consideration next year. Even though the Legislature rejected a federal expansion of Medicaid this year, House Speaker Tim Jones said was happy to talk about change that "helps draw down some additional federal funding and provide people more access to quality care."
