More young adults head to culinary school

The influx of reality TV cooking shows, America's growing foodie movement and rising celebrity chefs have made culinary art studies increasingly more popular with young adults headed to college. CIA's baking and pastry course is booked until the winter semester, and the school plans to add a mixed science and culinary arts course next year, admissions director Rachel Birchwood said.
