Obama administration won't block Plan B age limit ruling

The Obama administration filed documents Monday stating that it will conform with a court decision allowing the over-the-counter sale of the Plan B emergency contraceptive to women of all ages. The Justice Department said it would start putting into effect a ruling to have the FDA confirm the nonprescription use of the treatment.
