Police detain CEO of France's Orange for questioning

French police held Stéphane Richard, CEO of telecommunications firm Orange, for questioning in connection with their investigation into possible corruption in the Finance Ministry. Richard was chief of staff for Christine Lagarde, who now heads the International Monetary Fund, when she was France's finance minister under former President Nicolas Sarkozy.
