U.K. Web users shy away from Facebook, blame marketers

Facebook usage in the U.K. has decreased by 9% during the past year, according to a YouGov study. Concerns over privacy and intrusive social media marketing practices were among users' complaints. That means social networks and marketers must find "savvier" ways to maintain engagement, says YouGov research director James McCoy.
