W.Va. summer-food program seeks to fill school meal void

Nearly 60% of students in West Virginia access free and reduced-price meals during the school year, but during the summer months officials say many students go without that resource. To help provide access, officials recently announced the start of the state's summer-food program, which will open 400 sites this year.
