CIA and Harvard host Menus of Change conference

The CIA and the Harvard School of Public Health's Department of Nutrition are exploring how environmental sustainability and nutrition are impacting the nation's food manufacturers and restaurants during the second annual Menus of Change conference this week in Cambridge, Mass. "Change is in the air. Diners increasingly care and know more about their food choices while environmental challenges bring mounting unpredictability to the farms, ranches, and fisheries we rely upon," said Tim Ryan, CIA president.
