EEOC opens disability-hiring rules to public comments

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is seeking comments on proposed revisions to rules directing the federal government on the hiring of people with disabilities. The EEOC's proposed rules aim to explain specifically what it means in saying the federal government should be a "model employer of individuals with disabilities."
