HOA nixes adult swim time, citing discrimination concerns

The Fall Creek homeowners association in Humble, Texas, is under fire for eliminating adults-only swim time in the community pool and replacing it with a "safety break." The board decided to end adult swim when rewriting its swimming pool contract because it believed the practice discriminated against association members who have children, based on a federal case in California.
