Mexico closes borders to U.S. spuds

Mexico's National Service for Agricultural Health, Safety and Quality has banned imports of U.S. potatoes because of phytosanitary concerns after complaints were submitted from a local grower group, sources said. The last time authorities made a similar move, the borders were closed for years, a source said.
