Richer Pour has developed a wine-on-tap system that currently serves its seven varietals through 150 tap lines in more than 50 bars across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York, and recently, it added the Chicago market. The system works using airtight, recyclable kegs -- each of which holds 120 glasses of wine -- that offer consistency in the quality of each glass. The Boston company also launched a boxed wine this week and will install a tap system at the Comcast Xfinity Center in Mansfield, Mass., this summer. "We're at a great point, and we're gaining a lot of steam and momentum," said Chief Marketing Officer and partner Brandy Rand.
