Texas district to use MacBook Air laptops

A Texas school district plans to provide all high-school students and their teachers with MacBook Air laptops through a program called, "One 2 the World." The program seeks to make the laptops part of the curriculum, according to Lara Lindsey, director of instructional technology. She also said the goal is for students to become less reliant on traditional textbooks and computer labs.
