Pioneering wind power engineers are reaching to new heights -- in fact six miles above ground -- for tapping into the strongest sources of wind energy. With no hope of building conventional turbines that high, one company, Sky WindPower, based in San Diego, is working on the radical new concept of wind energy generators that fly.
