Deutsche Bank tries to unload property seized from Macklowe

Deutsche Bank AG is considering a sale of New York office towers it seized from developer Harry Macklowe to Shorenstein Properties LLC and Paramount Group Inc. Shorenstein agreed to buy Park Avenue Tower and 850 Third Avenue, while Paramount is in talks to acquire 1301 Sixth Avenue. The transactions reflect a 20% to 30% discount from what Macklowe paid for the properties last year.
