Greek skewers muscle in on gyro territory

The souvlaki is a dish that incorporates many of the meats used in gyros -- but it is much easier to make. The term souvlaki means "little skewers" in Greek, and they can be made with lamb, the traditional Greek meat, or with chicken, pork, beef and sausages. Recipes include Chicken souvlaki and Tsatziki sauce.
