Minnesota county survey will gauge employee health

Douglas County commissioners in Minnesota have agreed to survey county employees about their health, including tobacco use, exercise and nutrition. The survey will be anonymous and voluntary, but health officials say the data will help the county find out where it stands in terms of employee health.
