Omnicom looks outside for optimization skills

Marketing firm Omnicom will continue to contract out aspects of its ad optimization services, even as competitors develop the technology in-house, chief financial officer Randall Weisenburger says. The strategy will help Omnicom save capital by working with vendors who have already developed the latest technology, he says.
