Philadelphia airport slated for upgrades

The Philadelphia City Council will likely vote next week to authorize the sale of revenue bonds for $535 million in capital projects at Philadelphia International Airport. Construction bids for the project will go out this fall, and work could begin before the end of the year, city officials said. Terminal F, designed for smaller jets and turboprops, will get a $135 million overhaul.
