Report: Americans have an appetite for Hispanic food

A study from Packaged Facts sees growing demand for Hispanic food and beverages, both from an expanding Hispanic population and from non-Hispanics. The report says food makers and foodservice operators are introducing products to meet an appetite for new food experiences.
