Small portions of high-fat, healthy food are good for diet

Not all fats are unhealthy and one-third of daily calories should come from fats, registered dietitian Cynthia Sass told "The Early Show" on CBS. She says it is important to eat small portions of healthy, high-fat foods, especially those from plants, such as avacados and almonds.
