Online video advertising is making only marginal gains on TV

Although online video productions and ad spending are growing rapidly, these gains aren't so impressive compared with television, according to a PwC report. And the $5.9 billion in ad spend that online is expected to pull in by 2017 is a small fraction of the $81.6 billion projected then for TV, amounting to 37% of all ad spending.
