Sports betting kiosks date back a decade

The first sports betting kiosks were introduced in 2003 at Bally's, but patrons had to open accounts at the casino. Eventually, patrons could open accounts at a bar, which led to their proliferation at non-casino establishments. However, a change in Nevada gaming law will allow the kiosks only at casinos.
