How districts can integrate technology in hiring, recruiting

School districts that use technology in hiring processes should consider software that gives the most comprehensive view of a candidate's qualifications, writes Joel Sackett with Hanover Research. Technology can narrow down the best candidates, Sackett writes, but it can't totally replace face-to-face interviews. "It is important to keep the human component in the hiring process and to select the right technology to enhance personal evaluation techniques, not automate them," Sackett concludes.
