Suit Alleges Brooklyn, N.Y., Grocer Discriminated Against Minorities

Key Food Stores Co-Operative was named in a suit alleging the grocery chain turned down black and Arab-American applicants, reports say. There are no findings that the company discriminates based on race, creed, national origin or sex, according to a Key Food spokesman.
