Survey shows Americans want to help overweight children

A poll released yesterday showed 62% of the 1,002 adults surveyed support requiring restaurants to list nutrition information including calories on menus, while 59% oppose a special tax on snack food. The poll, commissioned by the Harvard Forums on Health, also found 76% of respondents would support serving more healthful schools lunches and offering more physical education classes.
