Study: Aerobic training most beneficial for heart failure patients

Aerobic training appears to be much more effective than strength training in helping patients with heart failure, according to a new study. Researchers evaluating 14 trials that assessed heart performance found that strength training, either alone or in combination with aerobic training, was of no benefit, whereas aerobic training improved heart function significantly.
