Column: Houston erred in decision on Hobby expansion

Columnist Ted Reed writes that Houston "killed the goose that laid the golden egg" by allowing international expansion by Southwest Airlines at William P. Hobby Airport. Now, United Airlines plans to reduce flights at its hub in Houston. "Among the top 10 hub cities, only Chicago has two international airports," writes Reed.
