A compelling game will attract console buyers, Nintendo exec says

Nintendo President Satoru Iwata is confident that his company's strategy of developing games only for its consoles is the correct one. "People will buy hardware just to buy a single game if the game is really compelling," he tells The Wall Street Journal. Iwata adds, "The hurdle has gotten higher, but if we can clear it, then we think the games can still sell."
