Firms grow more pessimistic about ACA costs, survey suggests

About 10% of employers believe that the Affordable Care Act will increase their health costs by less than 1%, compared with 25% who said the same in 2011, according to a Mercer survey. About 20% of employers think their health costs will increase by 5% or more, the survey found.
