Mass. district puts chocolate milk back on the menu

A school district in Massachusetts last year removed flavored milk from its menus in response to stricter federal and state regulations. However, the federal government has eased some restrictions, and the local school board has voted to serve chocolate milk again. Under the district's revised wellness policy for 2013-14, school bake sales will be allowed, but junk food, including candy and cupcakes, will be prohibited from being sold a half hour before and after school and during school hours.
