Starbucks brews vending machine plan to boost sales in Europe

Starbucks started introducing Corner Cafe vending machines in office buildings in Switzerland six months ago and now plans to roll out the automated coffee bars to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland and Austria as part of a strategy to boost sales in Europe by putting the brand closer to where people work and live. The machines sell a selection of Starbucks' signature beverages including cappuccinos, espressos, chai tea lattes, hot chocolate and basic coffee.
