Which U.S. airports have the most expensive fares?

According to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics, Huntsville International Airport had the highest average round-trip domestic airfare during the fourth quarter of 2012 at $544 -- 31% higher than the national average. Other airports with the priciest flights include Cincinnati, Bush Intercontinental in Texas, Washington/Dulles, and Newark in New Jersey.
