Colo. coalition buys $7.89 million of TV ad time

The group Coloradans for Responsible Reform said it reserved $7.89 million in television advertisement time to fight potential ballot measures seeking heightened local regulatory control over drilling operations. The American Petroleum Institute transferred a $2.3 million pledge to the group, CFRR spokesman Dan Hopkins said.
