Column: TSA PreCheck program riddled with problems

Columnist Joe Brancatelli writes that the Transportation Security Administration's PreCheck program is a bad bargain for business travelers. Travelers unfamiliar with the program are randomly selected for the lighter screening, slowing the lines, and program participants can be dumped back into regular security lines for opaque reasons and without notice.
