ENDA gets 8th Republican House co-sponsor

Rep. Frank LoBiondo from New Jersey on Wednesday became the eighth Republican to co-sponsor the Employment Non-Discrimination Act in the House. ENDA has passed the Senate, but has not been voted on in the House. LoBiondo voted for a 2007 version of ENDA that did not include transgender protections, but had yet to announce a position on the current legislation.
