Ten Schools Receive Failing Grade In Florida Voucher Program

Ten Florida public schools have twice earned a failing grade under the state's A+ Plan for Education, making students in all of those schools eligible for tuition vouchers, reports say. Critics argue that the program bolsters the private school system at the expense of public schools, which already are underfunded.
