Eyeing consumer habits with the iCube

Pepsi, Kimberly-Clark, General Mills, Clorox and Campbell Soup are testing iCube technology, which was developed with Cannondale Associates to consolidate and organize consumer-data information from several different retailers. "It creates a common language, so that the retailer, at least with the people who are part of the iCube initiative, can speak a common language," a Pepsi executive said.
