Semel forecasts strong second half of 2007 for Yahoo!

Although Yahoo! stock has declined 18% over the last year, Chairman Terry Semel promised better times in the second half of 2007 -- due to expected gains from the Panama system -- during remarks at the annual meeting. "You have every reason to believe this is going to be a much better business for Yahoo going forward," Semel said.
