Delays, higher fares, fees expected this summer

Summer travelers will pay more to fly and face fees for checking bags. Air traffic congestion could also mean extensive delays. "There's a lot of work being done to try to alleviate the problem," an Air Transport Association spokesman said. "But crowding at some of the larger airports in the East is still a major delay issue."
