U.S. groups seek postponement of EPA's climate-regulation powers

Industry groups, including the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association, are still keen on stopping the Environmental Protection Agency's climate initiatives even after a Republican measure to halt EPA's greenhouse-regulation plan failed in Congress. "The next skirmish likely will come with the Rockefeller resolution," said NPRA President Charles Drevna, referring to Sen. Jay Rockefeller's bill, which aims to suspend EPA's authority to regulate greenhouse-gas emissions for two years.
