Busy bosses are less effective leaders

Executives need to take time to stop and see what's going on around them, writes Scott Eblin. Bosses who don't take regular breaks can't give any individual problem their full attention, he argues. "Lots of leaders are so busy doing things that they don't see what needs to be done."
