WestJet's strategy for winning key corridor is more perks, not flights

WestJet CEO Gregg Saretsky says it won't take additional flights to win loyalty from customers who fly the busy Toronto-Montreal-Ottawa corridor. But it will take a few key perks, such as no-fee booking changes and free drinks. There have been "a lot of airline deaths in the Toronto-Montreal corridor," Saretsky said. "We don't plan to be one of them."
