Carin Stutz resigns as Cosi chief

Cosi CEO Carin Stutz has resigned after two years on the job, passing the reins of the struggling fast-casual chain to chairman Stephen Edwards. Stutz joined the company in 2011 after serving as president for global business at Chili's and Maggiano's parent Brinker International.
