Mobius-strip structure to have bioclimatic elements, complex geometry

Swallows Nest, a proposed eight-story spiraling cultural center in Taiwan, is designed to have "bioclimatic architectural elements and complex geometry." It features "building-integrated photovoltaic panels" to produce energy and "low-E glass windows" to allow natural light to enter the building and "provide thermal massing."
