Post-meal walking offers glucose benefits in adults with prediabetes

Taking a moderately paced, 15-minute walk about half an hour after each meal was more effective than taking one 45-minute walk in the morning or evening in regulating blood glucose levels in adults with prediabetes, according to a study in Diabetes Care. Researchers also found that walking after dinner was better at curbing blood glucose rates compared with post-meal strolling in the morning and in the afternoon.
