Reports: Pay-TV operators are putting squeeze on nets over Intel

Intel is pressing on with plans to create an online TV service, despite reported efforts by Time Warner Cable and other pay-TV operators to convince programmers not to sign up with Intel. The Justice Department's antitrust unit, through a probe of cable and satellite operations, reportedly is investigating whether financial incentives and penalties to programmers by pay-TV operators are anti-competitive.
