ACC against adding spray polyurethane foam to Calif.'s Safer Consumer Products regs

The American Chemistry Council opposes the selection of spray polyurethane foam as a priority product under California's Safer Consumer Products Regulations. ACC maintains there is no scientific need for the regulations, which don't account for the association's training programs to mitigate risks. The two other candidate chemicals are the flame retardant TDCPP and methylene chloride.
