Uninsured rate drops among Calif. college students

Fewer students in the California State University system were uninsured at the end of April than at the beginning of the Affordable Care Act open enrollment period last year, dropping from 30% to 10%, a poll found. The university system used a state grant to run an outreach and enrollment initiative.
